Understanding loan types (mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge financing, construction loans). Advanced Level:Application of LTV, DSCR, and risk-adjusted return analysis. Assessing borrower creditworthiness, collateral valuation methods, and loan pricing strategies. Expert Level:Modeling complex real estate loan structures, interest rate hedging, and restructuring distressed loans. Real estate loan case study, presenting a structured financing proposal to an investment committee. Each session lasts approximately 3 hours, combining theory, financial modeling, and real-world lending case studies.
