Purpose
The M&A Experience simulation allows participants to develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage M&A processes. Gain hands-on experience by building a merger model. This simulation also enhances employability for those pursuing careers in the corporate sector, consulting, or accounting firms, providing valuable insights and practical skills for future success.

Learning Agenda
The M&A simulation program runs year-round with one session each week. It consists of three phases: the first phase involves exercises to develop foundational skills; the second phase (Senior level) introduces an immersive simulation with moderate difficulty; and the final phase (Mogul level) presents a more complex challenge. Each session lasts approximately 3 hours, providing a structured and progressive learning experience.

You will have access to specialized Excel files and our web app, where you can participate in the simulation with participants from around the world. This platform allows you to collaborate and compete in real-time, enhancing your learning experience through global interaction. The tools provided will support your progress as you engage in practical, hands-on financial modeling.
What you will need?
For this program, you will need: - A computer with internet access, - A notebook to take notes during the introductory session and gather key information for the simulation. We recommend using a computer to fully engage with the simulation and maximize the benefits of the program. This will ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

Participants are encouraged to maintain a learning review throughout the simulation. A scoring system is integrated into each phase, allowing for competitive play where applicable. Teams collaborate to achieve the best scores for each individual phase and the highest combined score. This structure fosters teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the program.
