What is your price?

You can find the price that suit your recruitment need here. However, we always have a consultation in order for us to tailor a package that fits your exact needs. This means costs vary depending on the recruitment capacity you have.

How do you ensure your candidates fit for a role?

The candidates are selected from a pool of top performers from our diverse extensive, practical, role-specific simulation program. Candidates are selected based on their performance to the differents simulation programs.

Are your candidates referred to competitors?

No we don’t. Our simulation data allows us to recommend candidates that best fit the specific role and employer.

How do you promote our organisation to candidates?

We make recommendations to suit your needs based on our initial consultation however, we design and execute a co-branded, multi-channel marketing campaign across e-mail and social to maximize exposure. We’re happy to liaise with your marketing department to ensure approval from both sides befor an public communication.

Do you screen candidates before referring them?

We attract, assess and refer candidates based on your criteria and diversity needs and performance levels in required areas. We then conduct a resume review before referring to a shortlist of candidates for you to take through to your interview process. 

Can we purchase your student data or send branded communications through you?
